Data Collection – information you voluntary provide to us via email/web form
The forms on our website collect personal information from you when you submit them, including information about your:
- name
- contact information
- billing or donation information
We collect your personal information in order to get in contact with you and issue receipts for donations.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact details, we’ll be unable to reply to enquiries or issue tax receipts.
Keeping your data secure
We keep your information safe by only allowing staff and members of the operational team to access it.
The information you send to us via our web forms is encrypted. However, we cannot completely guarantee for the security of data that is sent via the internet.
Requesting a copy of your data
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@keaconservation.co.nz. You can also ask for your data to be deleted.
